NCAA Week 12 Thursday Free Louisville (-9.5) over Cincinnati. 1 Unit. The Cardinals have been inconsistent but they are the better team on most any day. Saturday Paid Pitt (-16.5) over Temple. 2 Units. Pitt should not have a let down this week since they still have a long way to go this season. Penn State (-16) over Virginia. 2 Units. This is a circled revenge game from last year since a loss to Va. kept Penn State from playing in a bowl. Penn State has a solid ground attack and should shut Virginia down on offense. Ohio St. (-6) at Purdue. 3 Units. Purdue will not be the team that knocks off the Buckeyes. Save that for Michigan. Central Florida (-17) at Buffalo. 3 Units. Central Florida almost and should have beaten Syracuse, Buffalo beats no one. Iowa St. (+13) at Kansas St. 2 Units. This game is a real character test for both teams. Kansas State has not faced anyone as good as Senaca Wallace at QB. Tulane (+13.5) over TCU. 2 Units. TCU has lost their young QB for the rest of the season which leaves them with Stilley who is experience but not that successful. Tulane is on a tear and playing with confidence. This should be a high scoring barn burner. Bowling Green (-3.5) at Northern Ill. 3 Units. The loser of this game will fall out of the driver seat for the MAC Championship game. Bowling Greens offense is too good to be stopped this week. Boise State (-26.5) over Rice. 2 Units. Boise State has been all business the last several weeks winning their last six games by an average of more then 4 touchdowns. Rice has a good ground game, but should be shut down by the incredible team speed of Boise State. Alabama (-21.5) over Mississippi State. 2 Units. Alabama gets to seek revenge on another team that has had their number over the past few years. HC Sherrill should be on his way out as Mississippi St. is hapless this season. San Jose St (+4) over La. Tech. 2 Units. La. Tech is 0-5 SU and ATS on the road this season. San Jose St. stumbled after a good start, but they performed well at Hawaii last week and should be excited for only their third home contest of the season. Washington St (-5) over Oregon. 2 Units. Washington State has proved they are the cream of the Pac 10 this season. Oregon's defense just allows too many points. U. Conn (-6.5) over Kent St. 2 Units. Kent is 1-6 ATS on the season and have performed below expectations all year. U Conn is developing into a Div 1A program and should be ready for another big win this weekend. Free Notre Dame (-27.5) over Navy. 1 Unit. Anger for the team like the Irish will do one thing against the sinking Navy. A rout. Notre Dame should win by 40. Georgia (-15) over Ole Miss. 2 Units. Getting back on track after last week against a bad road team. Texas Tech (-9) over Oklahoma St. 2 Units. The Red Raider offense is too strong for the Cowboys. |
