NCAA Week 6 Thursday Free Pick Louisville (+15) over Florida St. 1 Unit. Florida State has not handled big spreads to well and Louisville will be pumped up for this nationally televised home game. Louisville carries momentum from last week's blow out. Friday Paid Picks Texas Tech (-7) over New Mexico. 2 Units. New Mexico's running game was weakened by injury two weeks ago and they could not run at all last week against New Mexico St. Texas Tech should be getting their act together this week before conference play begins after an impressive rally and subsequent loss to N.C. State. Saturday Paid Picks Cincinnati (-4.5) over Temple. 3 Units. Cincinnati's visit to the Owls will be just what the doctor ordered after their valiant attempt at an upset last week. The Owls are just horrible. Kentucky/Florida over 58. 2 Units. Offense versus offense. Iowa St. (Pk) over Nebraska. 2 Units. It may be rebuilding time in Huskerland. Texas (-30.5) over Tulane. 2 Units. Texas should be getting warmed up for conference play with a killing of Tulane in the big easy Auburn (-13.5) over Syracuse. 2 Units. Syracuse is back to being terrible again, but this year they do not have a dominant defense to bail out the weak offense. Oregon St. (+3) over USC. 2 Units. The Beavers are back and ready to face some tough competition. They have been a strong dog going 11-4 ATS and are 10-1 ATS against winning teams La Tech (+12.5) at Texas A&M. 2 Units. A&M has no offense, it is downright offensive. La Tech has a shot to win if they don't make mistakes. San Jose St (-17) over UTEP. 2 Units. San Jose St. was impressive last week at Illinois and UTEP is impressive for how badly they lose. UCLA (-14.5) at SDSU. 2 Units. UCLA should have no problems here. UConn (-6) over Ball St. 2 Units. U Conn is looking like they are better then the bottom two teams in the Big East, Temple and Rutgers. Ball St. has not carried their strong momentum to finish the season into this year. Virginia Tech (-22.5) over Western Mich. 2 Units. Tech always kills the cream puffs. Boise St. (-19) over Utah St. 3 Units. Good offense against a terrible team. Free Picks LSU (-13) over Mississippi St. 2 Units. Miss St. is awful and will be at the bottom of the SEC again. The verdict is still out on LSU, but they will have no problem at home here. Georgia Tech (-2.5) over North Carolina. 2 Units. Tech plays a solid defense that will eat up the Tarheels. Missouri (- 11.5) over Troy St. 2 Units. Missouri should be recovered from the embarrassment to Bowling Green Troy St. does not sneak up on teams like they have over the past year and a half.
