Florida State/Miami OVER 59.5.  2 Units.  Florida State has a potent offense and special teams and they don't really play much defense.  It could be a big day for all of Miami's offense.

Duke (+13.5) over Wake Forest.  2 Units.  Duke is playing tough as a dog this year and has shown new life after two straight winless season.  They may catch Wake sleeping after an upset win.

West Virginia (-13) over Rutgers.  2 Units.  After getting creamed last week, West Virginia should rebound to play a Rutgers team that played a great first half in trying pull off the upset of the Century against Tennessee.  Although WV killed Rutgers last year, Rutgers will be emotionally spent from last weeks game.

Penn State (+5) over Michigan.  2 Units.  Penn State rebounded from their loss to Iowa to beat Wisconsin on the road last week and they will do the same to Michigan this week.  Penn State seems to have the desire to win this season, at least on offense.  Joe Pa's boys are 5-0 ATS their last 5 as road dogs.

Iowa (-6) over Michigan St.  2 Units.  The Hawkeyes did not cover last week but still managed to win and that is why we like them here as a favorite this week.

Air Force (-4.5) over BYU.  2 Units.  Air Force is 5-0 going into this big game against BYU and BYU is not the same power they were last season.

Texas (-3) over Oklahoma.  3 Units.  This season Texas will finally step up and Chris Simms will not choke.  Miracles can come true, it can happen to Texas.  (They will choke later in the season.)

Texas/Oklahoma over 43.5. 2 Units.  The offenses will step up and both score point and get a total in the 50's, although Texas should win by double digits.

Auburn (-5.5) over Arkansas.  3 Units.  Auburn has had a week off to recover from their overtime win over Syracuse and have won 4 in a row after a loss to USC.  Arkansas has to be tired and demoralized after loosing a 6 OT game to Tennessee last week on the road and they are playing on the road again this week.  The Razorbacks might look like snails out there.

NC State (-6.5) over North Carolina.  2 Units.  This battle for NC pride will be won by the passing of the Wolfpack.

Boise St. (-25.5) over Tulsa.   1 Unit.  Tulsa has no offense and not much defense and are embarking on another almost winless ATS streak, since the beginning of 2001, they are 1-14-1 ATS.  Boise St. can run and pass and you don't even need to do that to beat Tulsa.

Bowling Green (-15) over Central Michigan.  2 Units.  Can Bowling Green be stopped or contained?  Not this week, Bowling Green is the better team on both sides of the ball and they are out to prove that last year was no fluke, so they can go bowling.

Vanderbilt (-6) over MTSU.  2 Units.  Vanderbilt should be up and ready for this years game after being upset last year in a game that the Moss Report had picked correctly.  MTSU is not the same team as they were last season and should lose in a rout.  Both teams are weak, but Vandy is weak with playing much better teams.
